I found a tool and a 4x4 of wood under the hood after being handed back my keys. Upon further inspection, there are several touch ups that must still be done on the paint and body. I will be back in on monday 8/31.

It took your repair guys over 6 weeks to decide to total my car. Extremely dissatisfied. Would never recommend your company and would actively attempt to dissuade friends and family from using this repair shop.
