Caliber Collision repaired my daughter’s car after a car accident. I will say it was a pleasant experience. They kept me updated on the progress through calls and text messages. When repairs were completed the car looked and drove perfectly. I will definitely use their shop again if needed.

When I came to the office Progressive didn’t send over the documents to their office the lady at the front went out of her way to call them to have the send the information over . They kept me informed via email throughout the entire process . The entire staff that I came in contact with was very nice
