Customer service was what I expected but when I thought I found something when I picked up the vehicle like overspray the folks became a little bit defensive about it which kinda of set me back before they even looked at it. Did not like the push back that I got... But the issue was remeded...

Easy drop off and pick up. Work was completed sooner than quoted. As long as the repair continues to look as good as it did today upon pickup, I am 100% satisfied.

Although parking can occasionally be limited due to the high volume of customers they serve, I still give them a 10 out of 10 because of their outstanding efficiency and dedication to keeping customers moving through the process smoothly and promptly. Their team works extremely hard to ensure that everything operates in an organized and professional manner.

My experience with Caliber has been exceptionally positive from start to finish. I initially went in to drop off my vehicle ahead of my scheduled appointment because my insurance company advised me that I could do so, even though a later drop-off date had been entered into their system. Despite the confusion, Caliber still accommodated my vehicle for repairs and even ensured that my reserved rental car was delivered promptly. Special thanks as well to Enterprise for their assistance. The entire process was made incredibly easy and stress-free for me. Everyone at Caliber was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. I would especially like to recognize the front desk representative, who was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Keep up the excellent work, young lady — your customer service truly stood out. One aspect that impressed me the most was the outstanding communication. I received daily text message updates regarding the progress of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind and kept me well informed every step of the way. Once my vehicle was ready, I received a text notification that same evening, followed by a phone call the next morning confirming that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I also appreciated being able to provide a convenient timeframe for pickup. When I arrived to collect my vehicle, everything went very smoothly. After paying my deductible and receiving my keys, my vehicle was waiting right at the front entrance for me. I was especially impressed by how beautifully cleaned the vehicle was — it honestly looked as though it had been professionally detailed. Overall, my experience with Caliber was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, communication, and excellent customer service provided by the entire team.

After taking the car home I realized the driver side door was not able to lock. This is the same side on which the mirror was replaced. The car was returned for the driver side door mechanism to be fixed for locking the car
