Caliber Collision was super helpful and nice when dealing with the damages to my car. A tree branch fell on my car and shattered my windshield and there were damages to the body of my car as well. They stayed in constant communication with me updating me about the status of my car and when I got my car back, it looked brand new!! specific shout out to Rob who worked on my car & Justine who worked at the front desk!

When i got in my first accident, I felt ill. Fortunately,, no one was hurt! I first called the police, then my insurance, and had AAA tow my car into Caliber (West Ashley, CHS.) Two weeks later, the damage has been impeccably repaired and, with the surprise complete exterior and interior detailing, my car is better than new! I no longer feel ill, thanks to Amanda and the Caliber TEAM!

It took me bringing the car back to the repair shop 4 separate times for the them to complete thoroughly and ensure all parts were installed and working properly. Huge inconvenience and extremely frustrating.

I recently had repairs completed on my vehicle after it was damaged by a Lyft driver, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Caliber did an amazing job on the repairs, and my vehicle looks great! The customer service was just as impressive. The entire office staff was friendly, professional, and did a great job keeping me updated every step of the way—from waiting on the insurance adjuster and parts to letting me know when the repairs began and, finally, that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I truly appreciated the consistent communication and excellent service throughout the entire process. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service!

5 stars aren’t anywhere near enough for the service Caliber Collision provided during my experience. Kind, patient, informative (I had no clue on the whole insurance claim process), and kept me updated during every step. My car now looks better than it did before the accident, not to mention my vehicle was finished a week earlier than expected! True professionals at the desk, skilled tradesmen and women in the garage, and obvious commitment to their reputation by prioritizing the customer from start to finish. I literally could have not picked a better repair shop. THANK YOU CALIBER!

Car was completed an entire week earlier than expected. Adjuster updated me daily throughout the repair process, Caliber contacted the rental company, flawless experience on a process I was lost in and not expecting good to come from. God forbid my car suffers damaged in the future, but if it happens, I know I have a ringer to call on.
