I am very satisfied with my experience working with Caliber Collision - West Ashley. I was kept updated on the status of my repairs throughout the process. Everyone I interacted with was professional, however Justine and Malik were exceptional. They made me feel comfortable during a stressful time and went above and beyond in their customer service. The onboarding experience was substandard. A repair estimated at 2 weeks took 5 weeks to complete. I received no feedback from the branch regarding the timeline to complete the project. Upon picking up the vehicle, I noticed all my windows were hazy. I tried cleaning them with standard glass cleaner but the haze would not come off. I used a razor to see what the film was and to my surprise, it looks like all my windows were covered in white paint overspray. I spend hours cleaning my windows. This branch has absolutely no regard for timeline management and communication with customers. If the work performed had been perfect, I would have overlooked the substandard customer service but the franchise owner needs to know that the Caliber quality standard is not being met.

I received no updates on the extended timeline of repair. Every time I called, I could not get an estimated to to complete from the front desk and my advisor was never available.
