The work was completed on time. The mechanics were so nice going above and beyond in accommodating a weekend pickup outside of normal working hours. The car was returned shiny and clean (the inside was returned cleaner than when dropped off, so very grateful for that help)! Coordinated with insured’s insurance for a convenient experience. Communication by text and phone was great as well. Great first experience!

The front office staff was professional and courteous. I was so glad when Malik came on board to manage the repairs to my vehicle. There were many delays due to wrong parts being ordered, complete parts not being ordered, etc. The interior door panel was lost or thrown away which caused a 2 week search and another delay. I turned in my vehicle on March 2 and it was not ready until May 19.
