Caliber did not repair my vehicle but quoted repairs which the insurance company deemed a total loss. While I would have lived to provide feedback on repairs this wasn’t the case with my vehicle.

I had the best experience!! Everyone was awesome from the start! Starting with the great receptionists(Justeen and Samantha) they were so professional, kind and helpful to the gentlemen working on the car and Scott I believe the appraiser! First class all the way. Kept me posted I never called they were professional , courteous and understanding . Samantha Bridget and Justine kept me at ease due to me being picky. The guy or guys that did the body work and paint did an excellent job!!! I will recommend Caliber on Sam Rittenberg highly to all that ask. Also work was completed early.Thank your team!!!!

Wish the repair looked better. I understand there being an aftermarket lightbar but they original installer was able to make it look factory, but calliber was not. The gaps and finish on the bumper are visibly noticeable. The communication was pretty good during the process but am not very satisfied with the end product

Panel gaps not aligned due to modification on my vehicle. The modification had always been there and the gaps were clean. Apparently nothing could be done this go around.

Took over a month and a half for a rear quarter panel replacement and after I’ve picked up my car it’s shaking so bad and drifting to the left it’s unusable on a highway. Took the car back up there for them to tell me they’ll have to call to get a mechanic back there to work on it. I have a wedding to attend on the 15th and after paying them a ton of money I would hope they’d at least make sure my car was good to drive so I can attend said wedding. What a joke this place is.

No because my car wasn't completely 100% fixed when I was told it was. They told me they were no electrical issues and as soon as I turned the car on there still is a malfunction headlight light on. Then they took it back to the technician and the technician said Yeah because it's not at OEM light. I know that's not the first BMW caliber has worked on and that a generic light doesn't work in a BMW. The Technician new immediately.. yet I was still given my car and told that there will be no electronical issues at all. When apparently there was. Again I was really let down with caliber collision on this one. So I was pretty disappointed in that considering I was told that all electronical issues were fixed. Even though the light works I still ride around with the light on and it dings every 5 minutes or when I turn on my blinker. Caliber collision really let me down on that one. Should have not been given back to me till the car was 100% fixed
