Overall I was satisfied. The office personnel was excellent. The final result of he repair was very good with he following exceptions: It took far too long to get the repairs completed especially because the car had to be returned within a half hour after I left having been told the car was ready. The ladies in the front were polite, responsive and helpful. The service left much to be desired. It took much too long to get all the parts and when I finally drove out I got stuck one mile away.

Had some work done after a minor wreck. The work looks ok, but they gouged the inside of my passenger window! They scraped the tint off and some of the glass! There's no way they could have done it without noticing. They even cleaned up the glass shards. Then let me drive it off the lot without saying a word! My husband noticed when he came home.
