Upon inspection of vehicle, mud flap almost fell off due to improperly installed hardware. Not sure if anything else will come loose or fall off; time will tell

Upon initial site visit, I had asked to tour the shop to see their work conditions as this site was known as Charleston Auto Body & had a very low customer satisfaction rating, so main concern was how shop was setup, if former employees were still employed (could result in lower quality repair). I was never contacted or allowed to see the work being done to my vehicle. I think a company that allows escorted customers to see how the quality of work being done goes a long way toward securing a reputation of a reliable auto body repair facility.
