It took 3 weeks for my part to arrive and after my third call I discovered at 3:30pm on a Monday that my part had arrived the Friday before. I have two small children and had shared each time that coordinating the transfer of car seats and a busy schedule the week of back to school was very important to me. I was upset and told them my disappointment.

Everyone was SOOOOO friendly, with fantastic senses of humor. The turnaround time in the office was so fast, I didn't even have time to get coffee before the rental car company was on scene.

Body work was fine, it was the complete disregard they had for the rest of our vechile I had a problem with.

The GM there acts almost as if he has no customer service training. Your facility caused damage to our vechile and he did not want to accept responsibility for it.
