Overall, it was a very good customer experience. They treated me very well, were extremely courteous and helpful, and everything went smoothly except for the one day delay. Highly recommended.

There was a small issue with being contacted on Wednesday that my car would be ready Friday or the following Monday, and that they would call back with confirmation, but they never called me back. I called back Monday afternoon wondering when it was going to be ready and they informed me that it would actually be Tuesday. I wish they would have been a little more communicative with this. However, in the shop everyone was extremely courteous, helpful, and seemed very happy to help, and they offered free drinks and snacks which is always a bonus ;-)

Everyone that works at this location is extremely helpful. They kept me up to date on my car repairs and the car looks incredible. Brian is an excellent employee, couldn't say nicer things about him.
