It was explained to me the chips and nicks from normal road conditions was part of the body work. When i got the car back, the chips and nicks were still there, except that they were simply painted over. Grrrr. The other surprise was the orange peel on the areas were the body work was done. Now, I ask you... why give a customer a car with part orange peel when the rest of the car has a smooth glossy finish. Double Grrrrr
