Aaron was fantastic. He went above and beyond expectations. The service and finished product was excellent. I’ve only used BMW for services previously, but will use Caliber again moving forward. Caliber’s quality matched BMW and they used BMW parts for all repairs, all for less cost.

Arron kept us informed on a daily basis which was extremely important since he knew we had to ship the car out of state for college. When Ford had a delay in one if the parts, Aaron made arrangements for an emergency delivery and his dedicated technician stayed until 6 pm to complete the job so we could make the transport pick up date. Heidi also stayed late to prepare and review the detailed paperwork with me. The Bloomington team did a great job in all aspects- extreme my knowledgeable, progesssionsl and went above and beyond to have the car ready in our timeframe. I
