The bumber is not flush with the fender. There is a small gap that wasn't there before it was replaced/repaired

They were good about providing updates. The car was suddenly ready 2 days early which was good on timing but it seemed a bit unexpected so I couldn't even plan to get it that early

This is the second time I’ve had my card repaired at your business. Once somebody ran a red light and hit me and recently somebody backed into me the process both times was wonderful. I was kept in touch with what was going on and the second time my car was dropped off to me since I wasn’t driving at the time. I would definitely recommend Caliber collision other people. Thank you.

You have an excellent system. I made 1 phone call & everything was handled for me. I was notified almost daily as to progress. My car looks beautiful & it even came back clean - inside & out. I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.
