The communication was beyond anything k have ever experienced. Sadly, this day and age, I feel most companies fail with communicating updates and commitments to their customers. Sean, at Caliber Collision, was keeping me up to date every step of the way. Never in a single moment did I feel out of the loop or confused by what was coming next. Added bonus surprise: they detailed the car inside and out. I was not expecting that!! It meant so much to pick up my car and have the inside and out looking spotless. I’m a single dad of a 12 year old kiddo and also a very “sheddy” dog…so you all should understand just how delightful of a surprise this was :).
