Everybody was phenomenal to work with. They kept me regularly updated on status and timing. Very professional and polite, the car looks awesome as well! I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I do, I’d go back there for any repairs. And I’d recommend or refer anyone to do so if needed. I payed my detectable upfront because I needed my trucks turn around to be as fast as possible. They let me know when the parts were in and did a fast turn around so I made my deadline. The text option on my vehicle updates were awesome and gale at the front desk was a rockstar! First time I used caliber collision and will again hopefully not. lol
