I would not want to use this repair shop if it continues to use the same car rental company to provide loaner vehicles. The rental car was super old and dirty. I also had to ask to have my parts delivered in anticipation of drop off. I was told that the shop is smaller than other locations and they won't pre-order parts because they don't have space for parts, meaning your car is sitting there for a day or two not being serviced, but rather, waiting on parts.

They went above and beyond to get the right side mirror placed on my car, even when the manufacturer sent them the wrong mirror. The car was spotless when I got picked it up. They were very good with communication. One of the parts was unexpectedly defective so I need to go back for 1 day which is a bummer but I didn’t want to keep driving a rental car.
