They were very good with communication. One of the parts was unexpectedly defective so I need to go back for 1 day which is a bummer but I didn’t want to keep driving a rental car.

The updates continuously were so helpful and appreciated. I never had to wonder what was happening with my car because I was always being informed. Great staff very nice and helpful as well as Professional. This is my second experience with this location and im just as satisfied with the repairs as the first time around

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I wish there was more proactive notice of changes to the schedule or setting of expectations of what was to come. Overall it was a good experience.

The only problem I had was that I drive a BMW 355 but the rental car I was provided by the affiliated rental Car company was a big Genesis machine. It was like driving a tank.
