I’m very happy with the Caliber Collision. The staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable. All of my car problems has been fixed completely. While my car in service, the staff is always there and keep me updated by text which I prefer on the status of my car. I’m very please of their service. They completed the service earlier than they promised which is great! They also eased to schedule for drop off and pickups. I’m very please with the Caliber Collision.

I'm so please with the Caliber Collision service. My car problem got fix and they did an excellent job. My car looked good as a brand new car. They completed the work faster than expected. The staffs are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The estimate was clear and accurate. My car was clean when I picked it up.

When I received my vehicle a plastic piece was not installed. When the accident occurred the piece where the missing piece was installed was cracked which caused the missing piece to fall off. Instead of asking if the missing piece was supposed to be there it was assumed it was never there.

My car was rear ended and had bumper damage. I went to have an estimate done at Caliber Collision. Heidi J. took a lot of time answering all my questions, helping me understand the process, and putting me at ease. I did go get another estimate at another auto body shop and did NOT receive the same patience and quality customer service. I choose to have Caliber Collision do the repairs because of the wonderful customer service I received from Heidi J. Both estimates for the repair were within dollars of each other, so price was not a factor in the decision.
