My first appointment was ‘lost’ so when I showed up I was asked if I had made the appointment at a different location. I double. He led my phone logs and confirmed I had spoken to that location. No explanation was made for why or how my appointment was ‘lost’. When I rescheduled I was told I could be seen any day so I was confused as to when on the first unsuccessful appointment I was told no available appointments for many days.
