Appreciated the personal updates I received. I see all issues resolved on my car and is functioning well. Only reason why I rated 9 is because the date of when my car would be ready changed multiple times, but overall it was done in a timely fashion.

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. After choosing caliber collision through USAA I was contacted within a few hours. I was not sure about the process, not only the repairs but also how to arrange for a rental vehicle and coordinate with the insurance company. Heidi explained everything quickly and clearly so I knew exactly what to do and what to expect. She kept in contact frequently to give me updates and then when she had to pass the responsibility to her colleague Todd she informed me of the change Todd was just as pleasant and efficient. He also gave me frequent updates on the status of the vehicle. You finished the job two days faster than I expected and everything about it was clearly communicated, easy and low stress. The final workmanship was excellent! My car is truly as good as new. Thank you! I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for repairs.
