We were so pleased with the professionalism, service, and clear communication of the repair process. We were updated daily of the progress of repair, and were informed of any new areas of concern on the rear hatch and bumper. Regularly informed about any additional cost of added repairs, and clearly understood the process. Our first meeting we were greeted by Faith, and she clearly explained what repairs were needed. Brett also kept us informed about the expected completion date, and updated us daily about any changes and progress. We are so happy with the results. The Buick Envision is back to its original condition. We will always choose Caliber for any future repairs. Highly recommend Caliber to anyone needing car repairs/body work.

Had a great experience with Cadillac Collision! Their communication was amazing, they always kept me updated on my car and were quick to answer any questions I had by call or text. The vehicle seemingly did not undergo final inspection before being offered to us. Four immediately visible faults that would each reduce resale value. The agent promised to fix them, but we had already returned our rental vehicle so we decided to hope that they will stand behind us. We will be happy to update the review if the car is made perfect.

I have used other caliber collision locations. That did a good job. This is the single worst auto repair experience that I have ever witnessed.
