Quality work and communication. Car looks great, waiting on a sensor. Small glitches in the computer; hydraulics in hatch overlooked, but promise of repair when I return to get sensor. Very friendly staff mostly.

The front desk person should be friendly and welcoming, not short and business like. People that bring cars in are already distraught, greeter should be reassuring. Other staff has been extremely friendly and helpful.
