First I’d like to compliment John who was nothing short of courteous and professional throughout the repair process. The car was returned clean and delivered to my home which was courteous and convenient. As far as the quality of the repair at this point, it looks to be fine and to the quick eye you can’t tell the car was wrecked. This I am pleased with I do, however, wish the gaps on the hood and on the side door were closer to the I wrecked side. I am concerned water is going to get in and around near the engine because the gap is so much wider on that side than on the other side. But John assured me that if we have any kind of problems we can bring it back and they will fix it. Lastly, I was disappointed that when I got in the car, all the tires except the one that was replaced upfront were low. I discussed this with the staff before I picked up the vehicle and asked specifically if the tires would be inflated to proper pressure after having been sitting for almost 2 months and I was assured that the car would be driven, calibrated and the tire pressure would be correct. This was not the case.

Trim piece on drivers door was not replaced at pick up and my car jack and tire iron were missing from my trunk as well .The repair was done very well and it looks great .

The repair work seems to be well done. Th communication on the completion date was pushed back 4 times. I received a message at 4 pm on a Friday that my car was ready. I had no time to pick up, so had to wait until Monday. Wiper fluid empty sign was lit up at pick up. And I was charged for the wiper fluid specifically.
