It was only supposed to take a week, it was done 2 weeks late. Well I understand, I got a text message every week saying it would be ready that Friday. Only to get a message later that it would be the following week.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision, West Chester, OH. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and made the entire repair process smooth and stress-free. Amy did a wonderful job keeping me up to date with the progress of my vehicle, which I truly appreciated. The communication was clear and consistent, and I always knew what was happening. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and my car looks amazing — you would never know it had been damaged.

Quality of body work was excellent, but there were other issues.

I give a 10 for the body work - looks great - but since the repair I have had issues with my driver's door passive unlocking function not working and even though Caliber pulled the interior door panel for a quick visual inspection - which didn't find anything - I'm going to have to take it to a dealership to find out for certain what is wrong. If it turns out not to be anything Caliber did then I would certainly give them a 10.
