As you might realize, it’s extremely humbling to go with your car being towed to a body shop when you know you actually caused the accident. Wowser. From the moment I arrived everyone at caliber treated me with kindness, compassion, professionalism. This team at this particular location is absolutely fantastic. I received weekly sometimes biweekly updates and I can’t say enough about the team on the hole. I feel like calling out Amy especially the service manager. She was so amazing the girl at the front desk suite wonderful it was a great experience. Well, everything took longer than I anticipated. I applaud the team on making absolutely sure that this car was repaired to perfection. I am so pleased and so happy and I wished all in this organization merry Christmas happy new year and God bless.
