Why was my truck in 4 low (4x4) when I picked it up? This was not an accident because the truck has to be running and in neutral to do this. Driving it in 4 low on pavement can damage the drive train.

The outside mirror on the passenger side, will not adjust up or down, from the inside remote button. There also is a scratch on that same mirror. Also a scuff on the paint that may have to be buffed out. The paint on the passenger side, has about 5-8 areas where there are pits and bubbles in the paint. I’m going to bring the car back in this week for someone to address these issues.

The car looks good but it was pushed back multiple times, and also after getting home I found a blue powder left in the trunk but the lady that talked with me kept me updated on everything
