My experience was good. I had a relatively long wait and frequent rescheduling of the pickup- Caliber then explained that a wrong piece was delivered from Nissan. In the future, giving the customer some heads-up can be helpful. Overall, experience was good

The driver side backdoor makes a rapid clicking sound when unlocking and the brakes make a grinding sound and don't feel as strong. Also the tires on the passenger side that hit the curb are the same from when the accident occurred.
