Margot was very thorough and exceptional in keeping me informed on progress of the Highlander repair. She walked me through what was going to be repaired and was repaired. She is very friendly, hardworking, knowledgeable and what a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and answered all my questions with patience. She was very kind to my Mum and our dog, Simba. A very empathetic person. All of the other personnel were very helpful and patient. Considering they were learning a new computer data input system with Caliber...they were very patient. Kudos to Margot and her colleagues!
