I was satisfied with the overall results. However, I am still waiting to hear back from Paulix Laurel as one of my chrome air pressure caps was not returned. Instead a rubber cap was used after service on the tire rim that had been damaged.

The care I received was a roller coaster ride to say the least. I was involved in a rear end collision and I was the driver at fault. My Chevy sustained roughly $9,000 worth of damages, so my truck needed a lot of repairs done. Without divulging too deeply into the experience I will say my truck was in their care for about 40 days which was way longer than i ever expected. The tech that was originally assigned my truck unfortunately was moving at snails pace and it was becoming very challenging to live and complete day to day responsibilities for not only me but my mother due to my vehicle taking longer then expected. However, I can say Michael handled all concerns amazingly and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had regarding the repairs and completion. The last day or two my truck was in their care they had reassigned a new technician to finish the job he did not start and answered all of my prayers and got my truck finished after all the chaos that had occurred the prior weeks it was in service. I do not have a name for this technician but I am beyond grateful he was able to finish the project earlier than planned. Overall satisfied with the repairs, only down side was the amount of time the original technician took with repairs. The staff went above and beyond to handle all concerns!
