They had my signed paperwork under the wrong persons name and therefore they were late getting it started. That’s part of the reason that I had to pay as much as y’all to rent the car. And it took over 20 longer than it was supposed to

When I got the jeep back it has hail damage on the hood of the Jeep. It did not have hail damage when it went in but now it has hail damage while it was sitting at your place.

don't like that Jeep came back with hail damage on the hood of the jeep. went in without hail damage came out with hail damage. guessing that there was a storm and the car was outside during the hail storm
