This was a paint job on a bumper

However...the Enterprise agent on site there did not call the insurance company of the girl who hit my bumper...therefore she had a rental sent over that was similar to my car BUT the company did not pay Enterprise for the full fee. I Therefore had to pay the difference! I associate that with Calliber because they use Enterprise and say step right in here and get a rental. I told EVERYONE not to do anything that would be charged to me. Yet...it happened. Reflects on Caliber since on site in their office.
