Karissa was always polite and respectful in person and when on a call.. When we would visit the location at 35 & 380 Denton, she would go above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and the little one had a snack while she played in the kiddie area.. Keith, who was handling our car went above and beyond as well.. He would call us step by step during the process, very respectful, polite, and called during decent hours.. Awesome!!
