Car repaired fine. I would have wanted more up to date feedback on the status of the car, rather than calling myself every few days. It also took a week to even get my car quoted which was frustrating.

Caliber extended my deadline 7 times. Thai caused additional financial issues with me having to rent another car, my policy only allowed 30 days. Each due date about an hour before closing I would call the store to get an update. Each time they came back with an excuse as to why they were being delayed. Not once did they proactively reach out to me to explain the situation. All 7 times this occurred.
