The repair was great but the removal of my MAUI JIM. Sunglasses, TRUNK ORGANIZER and zip bag in the glove compartment either my INSURANCE CARD and Personal items was very upsetting. There was no need for any of those items to be removed as they were not out in the open.

Repairs look good. However, I received a text on a Thursday the car was going into assembly, then immediately after that the car was finished. I missed that text and did not get another on until Monday. Because of that I had to pay the daily rental fee for Friday-Sunday. Could someone have called me later on Thursday, or Friday or Saturday?

Only complaint is that my front driver side tire had 60lbs of air in it-which it did not when dropped off. I had to pull over on the shoulder of I35 W to let that pressure out so my tire wouldn’t potentially blow out. Body work is perfect!

Completely satisfied with service and staff at Caliber. All of the staff were informative about the process and kept me up to date on every step. Repairs were made in a very timely manner and the vehicle was delivered in like new condition. Overall a pleasant, top notch experience..will not hesitate to use Caliber again.
