INCREDIBLE JOB. The process was so seamless from filing the claim on our SafeCo insurance app, getting it in, getting a rental car for free, and having a working AC after months of not having one. The price was incredible (the Toyota dealership wanted $1,500 for the same work). We were so impressed that Caliber cleaned our DIRTY car (we have a toddler) inside and out. We are INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED.

You did awesome job. Didn't think my car would be done in 1 day. Took it in Thursday morning at 8:00 the 24th and by Friday afternoon I got a call that it was done. When I went to pick it up, I thought I could just pay the,$500 when I got paid. But when I got there, it was a totally different story. To pay half of the $500, we'll my option is...half of $500 is $250, not $300. So you got your whole $500.

Found paint marking on the back of my car, that wasn't remove. And I was hoping that Caliber Collision would of fixed my crease in the fender, after I have a $500 deductible on my insurance. Im dam picky about my car.

Caliber Collision did a good job fixing my headlight. But was hoping they would of fixed the crease by the headlight. And when you washed my car to remove the marks, there was one that was left on the passenger side. And the windows were smeared, hard to see out of the driver side.
