I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided by Caliber Collision. I chose this shop based on its positive reviews, expecting a professional and thorough repair experience. However, that was not the case. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I inquired whether it had been placed on the alignment rack, given that it was rear-ended. I was told, “No, and you’ll have to pay out of pocket for that.” Upon driving the vehicle back to work from the shop, I immediately noticed that it does not drive smoothly and does not drive straight. After expressing my concerns to Caliber Collision, I was advised to take the vehicle to another shop—an unprofessional response that made me feel as though they were simply dismissing my issue rather than addressing it. Furthermore, the quality of the bodywork performed was subpar and did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this shop.

The estimators were spot on and very courteous, the receptionist acted like she was annoyed that we interrupted her. She ignored us for several minutes until I spoke to her and she responded that someone would be with me in a few minutes. I Received the same treatment when I came to pick up my car. I may expect too much but at least a nod or a " I will be with you in a minute" is really not too much to ask for from the person representing your business.
