Your team was great, friendly, and helpful from beginning to completion. The repairs took half the estimated time. I am disabled and needed to be assisted for pickup and rental car return. Your team offered to deliver my car and return my rental, which saved me money I would have had to pay a helper. My car sparkled and was clean inside and out. Thankyou for your excellent service.

I was very appreciative of the clear and fast communication about my car and its repairs. The customer service was fantastic, and, as a plus, the car was finished well before the estimated completion time, which I was super happy about. The experience was very easy, and I never once felt worried. I also enjoyed the collaboration with the rental car service and not having to worry about picking up or dropping off the rental car. I’m not sure if that’s just what Enterprise always does, but if Caliber Collision had any part in it, I’m again very appreciative. Overall, I couldn’t have been happier. Thank you!
