First and foremost, let me say, Shylah was incredible to work with. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, honest, and very communicative. That being said, I was not impressed with the actual technicians and what seemed to be the lead tech. First when I was told my car was ready, I went to turn it on and it would t start because the battery was dead. Then once they jumped it, there was a loud and concerning noise every time I turned my steering wheel. The lead technician tried to pinpoint this issue back on me when my car was t making that noise prior to me dropping it off. He pushed really hard to seemingly try and make me believe this was related to something else and that I would need to pay for it out of pocket. Although since him and his other technician couldn’t figure out what the issue was while I was there, he so “graciously” offered to cover the diagnostic fee for taking it to the ford dealership….. Luckily Shylah came in and saved the day and was able to further investigate with the dealership and discover the noise was related to the accident/claim. I’m just absolutely shocked that the technicians didn’t ensure the car with start before I came in to pick it up and that they didn’t say anything about that loud and horrendous noise whenever return the steering wheel. On top of everything, when I finally went to pick up the car, there was a notification that my tire pressure was extremely low. It’s little things like this that got skipped and made my overall experience not pleasant. I mean, how hard is it to top off the air in my tires? The fact that that wasn’t even done makes me question the overall integrity of their work, and attention to critical details when repairing my vehicle that was involved in a crash. I’ve used caliber before at a different location and had a really great experience so I actually requested to have my car fixed at caliber again this time around. However, I don’t think I will use them again after this.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful from start to finish. I would especially like to think a gal that works at the West Haven store.
