Every step of the way every one was so thoughtful. They got me in quickly when every other location was booked out to the end of the month. I needed a rental and they did all the work for me and got me a ride to the rental company, and even offered to drive me themselves. The repairs were expected to take two weeks but they got them done in 5 days. The pickup process was so easy as well, with being able to leave my rental car at Caliber. A job well done really is a culmination of all of the little things and this team knows how to do it right! No complaints from me, keep doing what you’re doing!

Was told my car was possibly ready on 2/28, didn’t hear back by the time you closed and had already rescheduled plans because I thought I was picking my car up that night.
