I received my car in much better condition than when I dropped it off. The friendly staff cleaned the outside and inside of the vehicle. I was 110% satisfied with the work that was done on the repair. Great service that went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend them for any vehicle repairs. They contacted me every other day to keep me informed of the progress with my vehicle. I promise you that you will not be disappointed in the service they provide. I was also impressed that they corrected some minor body issues that my vehicle had at no extra cost. They take pride in their work and it shows. Friendly professional staff from the the secretary, to to the appraiser all the way up to management. Great job by everyone. Caliber Collision will be the only repair shop for my vehicles from now on.

Excellent customer service. I have had several vehicles repaired in the past by other companies, Caliber Collision by far exceeded them in professional customer service. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean and looking much better than when I dropped it off. Very friendly staff from the moment you walk in all the way up to management. James contacted me every other day to keep me informed about my car. I will definitely come back to them with any future repairs. Definitely 5 star service.

Great customer service. When I picked up my car it was much cleaner than when I dropped it if. They provided professional service by not only washing my vehicle but also cleaning the inside. From the time I walked into the business through the estimate and up to picking up my vehicle, the service was above and beyond. I was 100% satisfied with the work done to my vehicle. I will definitely recommend them for any repairs and I will definitely come back if I ever need any repairs. 5 stars, it would be six if I could give them that.
