The repair was perfect, with a minor hiccup. But was fixed. Everyone treated me with respect. When my son came with me to pick up the car the representative spoke to me and not my son which I appreciated. Then my car was dropped off to me and the 2 girls were very professional and kind.

Skylah was wonderful!!! She was kind and helpful and she made everything so easy! She offered a ride and offered to turn our rental car in for us. She kept in contact with me and went the extra mile. It was a great experience and I would definitely use Caliber Collision again!

Staff was very friendly minus one of the front deak ladies. She was kinda rude. The repairs look wonderful. BUT I had a quarter take of gas when I dropped it off. It was on E with the gas light on. I didn't even make it to Sam's club for gas.

Everyone else was amazing except the front desk gal. She brought your score down. If you're in customer service, you need a customer service personality. Even if it's fake, that's your job.Make people feel comfortable and welcomed.
