Overall a good experience. Service was good and expedient. We were kept up to date via texts, which was nice. One complaint however; we got our vehicle back with a rather harsh buff mark on the side, which we only discovered after picking up the car after repairs. It wasn't noticeable until you are in the right light. We will be contacting Caliber to see how they can help us fix this.

Looks pretty good when they showed me in the shadows. Once we got it home and saw it in the sunlight there is a big scratch and you can see where they tried to buff it out. Picked it up late on a Friday and then they were closed for a long holiday weekend so have not been able to speak with anyone there yet. We will be calling first thing in the morning and hopefully they can get the truck back in and get it fixed quickly. Not sure how this will affect the insurance claim.

Caliber Collision in West Haven was outstanding. After being rear-ended by an uninsured driver, I brought in my Subaru Ascent, and the service was seamless. Skylab kept us updated throughout, and we even got the car back a day early. Highly recommend!
