Good quality work. Professional workers. The weakness is that you use AI to keep me updated as a customer. These are automatically generated. However, you need to check with the actual shop. On the scheduled pickup day, the technician was out sick, as was the painter. So the car wasn't ready for pickup, even though your AI program indicated it was.
