Many water bottles were left in my car from the workers, my car was returned with half a tank when given with a full tank, and dirty shoe marks were left on my middle seat in the back. everything else was fine. I got my car cleaned before getting it repaired.

Everyone was helpful and supportive from the front desk person to the guys in the shop. I was kept updated on progress and given the opportunity to ask any questions I may have had. I also accidentally left my garage door opener in the rental and they grabbed it and hung on to it for me to pick up. The best part though, was that my car looks as if nothing ever happened! Looks completely new in the impacted area. Thank you for everything and if I need services like this again, I will definitely be back!

I was very happy with the completed job. My car looks great, like nothing happened! But they had it for 8 days (including the weekend 10) and I was only getting my passenger side mirror and a dent the size of a quarter taken out of the same door. 8 working days seemed long to me for that work.

Everyone was very nice but I did have a couple of customer service issues. The first was I did not know (I’ve never had a car repaired through my insurance) the way getting the rental car worked. I had made the appointment to bring the car in and then I was trying to get a hold of the rental agency. I could not get through to them, so I canceled my appointment, asking to reschedule. I did this through the text they send. The next morning they called me about 5 minutes after my previously scheduled appointment, asking where I was and that I had a 730am time. I told her I had asked to reschedule the appointment through the text, that I canceled because I was not able to get ahold of the rental car place to secure the car. She told me that I didn’t have to do that, they do. I said, oh ok, well I didn’t know that and that it would have been nice if someone had told me that. The other thing is that when trying to make the appointment in the first place, I got the VM every time. Sure they called me back but I cannot easily answer my phone during the day. I called several times throughout a couple of days before we connected. It seems they just let the calls go to VM on purpose - either that or it was just a freak thing that no one answered the phone every time I called.

I also appreciated that Andy had advised me to have the claim process finalized and approved from the other insurer before starting the order for my car’s repairs to avoid additional costs.
