I was able to drop off my car and communicate with the staff fairly easily about the work that was needed to be done for the repair I've requested. I was updated through text which made it easy to know where the repair process is at. Picked up my car pretty easily after the repairs were done. The repair work looked great in my opinion so I have no complaints about the process. Job well done.

We had a Caliber Collision rep reach out when the car was ready to be picked up. They told us we had 1500 dollars to pay for our deductible. We knew we shouldn't have to pay anything. So we had to reach out to an insurance rep to get this cleared up. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone, if we wouldn't have double checked your error we would have paid $1500 incorrectly by Caliber Collision direction.

Great friendly staff. Smooth process from start to finish. My car was well taken care of. Repair was completed quickly. I appreciated the ability to drop my rental car at the repair shop!!!
