They were awesome to work with. It was more than transactional, the staff took the time to understand what the wants, need and took time to answer questions. My favorite is they ask, "what are your expectations?". I was not expecting an auto repair place to really invest into the relationship with their customer.

For the trunk repair rating is a 8, except one thing. Upon receiving the vehicle and driving back home. I notice a scrapping sound coming underneath the vehicle. Parked the car and inspected and notice the underbody plastic piece under passenger side had been crack. Unsure if the vehicle was put on a lift or not but the damage plastic piece wasn’t there prior to dropping off the vehicle for the trunk repair. Other than that service and turn around is a rating of 8.
