They did a good job on repairing my truck. The communication was also super. They keep me updated in every steps my truck was going through, So I knew pretty much what was going on. The only thing is that they extended the repair time for couple more days from the primary schedule. But I understand, they are very busy, specially winter time in Minnesota with lots of car accidents. It was cool, they keep me informed of everything. So yes I will recommend this place to someone.

The customer service was very poor.

The car repair was fine. But I was deeply disappointed with the customer service. The person assigned to me did not respond to my texts asking about the repairs, and when someone did contact me, they insisted on telling me details I had no hope of understanding, despite my repeatedly asking them to just cut to the bottom line. When I ask when my car will be done, I do NOT need you to spend 5 minutes telling me every detail of why it is taking so long, I just need an answer.
