Repairs should of been reviewed by Progressive before returning my vehicle

My car was released from the shop with broken clips on my inside door panel and the rocker panel wasn’t included in the repair but was visibly damaged from the wreck. So no im not pleased with Lexus Williams who repaired my car and approved the estimate given by Progressive. She should have included the rocker panel.
