After being side-swiped, I took my Suburban to Caliber Collision in White House, TN. I couldn't have asked for a better team to do the repairs with quality and efficiency. They worked with the insurance company directly and kept me updated throughout the entire process of the repair. I'm happy with how it turned out and that the work is guaranteed, for that extra peace of mind. 10/10 would recommend!

The bumper was replaced with noticable manufacturing issues but also with issues with the clear coat. They also did not check that the sensors/antenna functioned properly before releasing it back to us.

Communication was not great, I often had to follow back up after being told they would return my call. If I didn't, then I didn't hear from them. And no accountability was taken for issues/errors or for the poor communication. I brought this up to Brian and was then chastised about them paying the rental.
